Welcome to PayPro's first newsletter!

We finally did it – we've started a monthly newsletter for you, our clients! This is just the first, and we are very excited about making it valuable for you and your business.

The purpose of this newsletter is to keep you updated with company news and developments that we implement for you every week; share our thoughts that might help you increase your software sales, and simply to communicate with you because we value you and your business.

So what is our first newsletter about?
  • We released an innovative new tool – the PayPro API – to give you full control of customer billing and make it easier for customers to purchase software – with only one click!
  • We have made a major update to the PayPro EasyCommerce platform based on all the requests we received from the ISDEF and SWRUS conferences. You can read more about it below.

PayPro EasyCommerce improvements
At PayPro, we are working hard to deliver the best eCommerce tools and services for you. We are open to vendor requests and do our best to implement them and make online sales management easy and convenient for you.

We are pleased to announce last week's additions to the EasyCommerce platform:

Hot announcement – quick login to PayPro account!

Yes! The login data including password can now be saved, making it easier for you to log into your PayPro account and manage online sales.

Enhanced reporting!
  • Analyze cross-sales and up-sales easily with the Promotions report. Explore new ways for creating effective campaigns and improving your promotion results!
  • Closely monitor your order page performance with the Order page monitor report. Contact potential customers who didn't finalize their order and increase your software sales.
  • View sales data for a specific month, i.e. from the 1st to the last day of the month instead of the last 30 days, and plan your sales for the coming months.
Complete control over partnership events!

No need to log into your PayPro account to see if there are new partners or affiliate requests for you. All notifications are automatically sent via email to save you time! You will be able to quickly track new partnership requests and changes in existing partnerships, and make decisions immediately!

Notifications are instantly sent on the following events:
  • Partnership created
  • Partnership modified
  • Partnership accepted
  • Partnership deleted
Improved order page!
  • Let your customers feel the real discount with no need for additional calculation. Once a coupon is applied, its value is displayed on the order page.
  • Min/max quantity limitation check displays error messages after the submit button is pressed.
  • Order details table with add-ons and special products is vertically and horizontally aligned.
  • Volume discount information link text has been localized.
  • Transparent images make order pages look good, even with dark backgrounds.
Improved test order pages!
  • Feel secure and protected at any stage with PayPro – set up a password for test order pages and pass it with the URL parameter - "sellerkey".
  • Test order pages quickly – a lightweight invoice template is used to speed up invoice generation and test order submit button wait time.
Improved confirmation emails!

Multiline license keys in emails are displayed without linebreaks – <pre></pre> tags are added.

Other improvements include:
  • Added favicons to https://sellers.payproglobal.com/ and order pages (a lock)
  • Fixes to translations of the payment methods on the order page (displayed under the submit button), in emails (tag: <STANDARD_ORDER_CONFIRMATION>), and on the "Thank You" page (added tag: <STANDARD_ORDER_THANKYOUPAGE>) for tags that will have all texts localized, and in the Profile of the PayPro platform.
  • Volume discount popup double close button fixed.
  • Filters to the Orders report are correctly applied when exporting to Excel.
